In 1989 he defended his thesis at the Institute of Theoretical Problems of Chemical Technology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the "Processes and Apparatus of Chemical Technology" on "Extraction of benzene (benzol) with diethylene glycol in multifunctional electrocontact device". Candidate of Technical Sciences Diploma (KD No. 007767) was issued in accordance with the protocol No. 39k / 45 dated October 18, 1989 of the Board of the USSR RAC.
On January 23, 1997, according to the decision of the RAC of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Minutes No. 07), the certificate of title of associate professor was issued (DI № 0991).
He has been a member of the NAP since 2004.
